1. Information Collection
We collect limited data to power your "Filmy" career:
- Stage Name: Used for leaderboard identification.
- Unique Hardware ID: A persistent ID to store your personal bests and ranks.
- Game Stats: Tracking scores and "Studio Backup" usage for trade reports.
- FCM Tokens: Used to notify you of new movies or challenges.
2. Third-Party Partners
We work with trusted services to enhance your experience:
- Google AdMob: Collects device IDs for tailored advertising.
- Firebase: Manages analytics, notifications, and cloud logic.
- RevenueCat: Handles ad-free subscriptions and IAP verification.
3. Data Protection & Deletion
You are the Director of your data. We offer two direct, permanent methods to remove all account history, custom profiles, and records from our databases:
- In-App Deletion (Instant): Open the application settings drawer, select the "Delete Account Data" option, verify your Stage Name, and click delete to clear all information instantly.
- Web/Email Request (Manual): If you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access the side drawer, you can initiate a permanent data clear-out by emailing our support desk directly at graphplayapp@gmail.com. Please provide your custom Stage Name and installation parameters so we can locate your record node. Requests are verified and completed within 7 business days.
